Strategic Plan
In 2019/2020, the Board of Directors undertook a review of the Mount Coolum Golf Club’s current economic environment and operations, which resulted in the development of a Strategic Plan for 2020 and beyond, which will ensure the Club remains solvent and relevant both now and into the future.
This document was further reviewed and revised during 2023, and the latest version is attached hereto.
