An exciting variation to the Standard Stableford game will be played this Saturday.
The format encourages good scoring by awarding more points for beating your handicap on each hole – but watch out if you don’t play well. A nett double bogey (or worse) will set you back 3 points!
So, as you will see – if a player scores “Nett Par” for every hole, they will end up with zero points – and this is classified as a good score!
A typical winning stableford score of 45 points would equate to around 18 modified points.
